Who can see and do what
The four roles in Flow and what each one can see and do.
Flow has four roles. A person’s role decides what they can see and do. A manager is just an employee with results access: same sign-in, same work email, one extra permission.
Employee
Takes the assessment and sees their own results. An employee can also invite a colleague. They never see anyone else’s answers. See taking the assessment and your write-up.
Manager
Sees their reports’ results as totals, plus each of their people’s level on the AI check once an admin has sent that round’s results. Until then the page names who finished and reads Level held. Never a named person’s answers and never their words. The levels sit on their own page, Levels by person, reached from a link on the AI literacy check’s results. A manager sees only the people who report to them, directly or further down. The reporting lines come from your company’s HR system or people list. A manager gets a read-only view of the results page for those people, and nothing else. Everything built from individual answers is held to the five-person floor. Every other company page is closed to them. See reading your company results and what can my manager see?.
Company admin
Runs the five company pages and can send the assessment. A company admin adds people to the roster and sets who reports to whom. They read the whole company, including every person’s level on the AI literacy check on the Levels by person page once they have sent that round’s results, and no one’s answers or words. On the Tools page they also read who owns each tool. Each person sees the tools they are listed as owning on their own Write-ups page. They cannot add or remove other company admins. To add or remove an admin, ask your Velory contact. See building your own assessment and setting up your company.
Velory staff
The people who run Flow. Staff access to personal data is named and gated. There are no hidden back doors into your individual write-up. A Velory staff member does not read the Levels by person page unless your company listed them as an admin. What staff see is your company figures, and the roster of who works here without the per-person check status or dates. Only Velory staff can create a company, change a company name or email domain, and run a data-erasure request. A named person handles those tasks, not a self-serve control.
